At Heritage Properties, we offer educational consultations to both buyers and sellers:
Sellers: Heritage Properties' typical Listing presentation takes approximately 2 hours. We believe that this is the most important time we will spend with you in preparing you for the selling process. From providing a comparative market analysis so you can intelligently compete in today's market, to explaining the NC Offer to Purchase and Contract form, providing an estimated "Worse Case" scenario Net sheet so you will be prepared to negotiate when the first offer is made! We feel that an educated seller is a happy one the day of the closing.
Buyers: At Heritage Properties, before scheduling any homes to view, we explain agency and have a Home Buyer Consultation with you to prepare you for the entire home buying process. In addition to explaining why the mortgage loan qualification is the most important and first step to take in purchasing a home, we also provide you with a home buying questionnaire which provides us with your wants and needs for you and your family, and we LISTEN to what your concerns are as a buyer. Just as the listing presentation is the most important time we spend with our sellers, your home buyer consultation is also the most important time we will spend with you as your Professional Realtor.
